myODIE.com’s Technical Support Team combines the highest level of customer service, technical knowledge and product expertise.

Technical Support Services are available Monday thru Friday from 08:00 AM to 05:00PM and Closed on Saturday and Sunday and all major holidays.
All client’s may call +1 720-439-3838 Option 1 and speak to a Technical Support Dispatcher who can assist in creating a new support request and setting up a scheduled service call with the next available technician.
All client’s may email Technical Support at support@myodie.com from any e-mail provider available to the end user.
All client’s have access to the Client Access Portal which is accessible via your email address and password. All myODIE.com client’s employees must be registered in the Client Access Portal to request technical support services.
All client’s may contact +1 720-737-5589 in the case of an emergency which can not wait until normal business hours to be resolved. In the case of an emergency, the Technical Support Technician will be notified immediately, and Emergency Technical Support rates will apply (See Technical Support Rates & Trip Fees Document).
